Client Brief:
The project was for a client with limited mobility. They required a bathroom that was fully accessible but also wanted the space to have the feel of luxury. unable to now use the bath was causing stress and upset for the family.

Process:
Firstly there was the removal of the dividing wall, which is common in these properties to have a separate WC,
Understanding the client’s needs, Craig Stott Installations created a zero-threshold wetroom shower tray, wide doorways, and grab bars that matched the bathroom’s overall aesthetic. A seated shower bench and handheld shower head were installed for comfort and ease of use. The customer chose soothing, warm tones for the tiles and features like a heated towel rail for a spa-like ambiance.

Outcome:
The bathroom surpassed the client’s expectations, providing both the required accessibility features and the luxury they desired. The thoughtful design allowed for ample movement, and the spa elements offered a therapeutic experience. The clients were particularly impressed with the annual deep clean service included in their aftercare package, ensuring the space remained their sanctuary for relaxation.
